OPTION 3 - 5v5 Summer LEAGUE + 2 Skill Class
Each week players will compete in 4 to 5 short 12 minute game segments Coached and Officiated by Advanced Hoops staff.
Speed and Agility SAT 11:30am-12:30pm Co-ed
Speed is defined as the ability to move the body in one direction as fast as possible. Agility is the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture. Quickness is the ability to react and change body position with a maximum rate of force production.
Game Shooting/Two-Ball Intensity Dribbling COMBO SAT 12:30pm-1:30pm Co-ed.
Two-Ball Intensity Dribbling SUN 2:30pm-3:00pm BOYS
Players at all levels will be made to use two basketballs during drills. Drills will be designed specifically to develop coordination in both hands. Dribbling two basketballs while on the move and changing directions will force a player to develop confidence with key ball movements. Right handed in and out, Left handed in and out, and overall ball control will improve in this session. This will make dribbling one ball much easier.
College Level Transitional Shooting �???�??�?�¢?? SUN 5:15pm-6:15pm BOYS
Gerald Jarmon II will take players through a next level on the move shooting workout. These drills will mirror the dynamic shooting skills seen in the college and pro game today.
Foundational Shooting SUN 6:15pm-7:15pm Co-ed
Players will get regular emphasis on one handed form shooting and balanced footwork progressing into Game Shooting by the end of each session.
College Level Transitional Shooting �???�??�?�¢?? SUN 7:15pm-8:15pm Co-ed
Gerald Jarmon II will take players through a next level on the move shooting workout. These drills will mirror the dynamic shooting skills seen in the college and pro game today.
Post Training w/Duke McKamey SUN 8:15pm-9:15pm Co-ed
Players will get technical instruction on post moves around the basket. This is an intense and focused class run by Coach Duke McKamey.
