OPTION 2 - Summer 5v5 Intensity + 1 Skill Class

The "TRIPLE THREAT" Class structure will develop skills such as offensive footwork, transitional ballhandling, and conditioning. Coaches will have a segment each week that is designed to develop the athleticism in each player through drills like quick jumping, 4 cone drills, agility drills and so much more. Each class will have 1v1, 3v3, and 5v5 so players can develop a higher level of competitiveness. Every player needs to have a platform in which they can compete against other players their age in hopes of developing the confidence to bring out their newly developed skills in live game situations. The TRIPLE THREAT classes will be power packed, and your player will not want to miss it!

SKILL CLASSES to Choose From

Speed and Agility ??????????¢?? SAT 11:30am-12:30pm Co-ed

Speed is defined as the ability to move the body in one direction as fast as possible. Agility is the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture. Quickness is the ability to react and change body position with a maximum rate of force production.

Game Shooting/Two-Ball Intensity Dribbling COMBO ??????????¢?? SAT 12:30pm-1:30pm Co-ed

Two-Ball Intensity Dribbling ??????????¢?? SAT 3:00pm-3:30pm GIRLS

Players at all levels will be made to use two basketballs during drills. Drills will be designed specifically to develop coordination in both hands. Dribbling two basketballs while on the move and changing directions will force a player to develop confidence with key ball movements. Right-handed in and out, Left handed in and out, and overall ball control will improve in this session. This will make dribbling one ball much easier.

Foundational Shooting ??????????¢?? SUN 6:15pm-7:15pm Co-ed

Players will get regular emphasis on one handed form shooting and balanced footwork progressing into Game Shooting by the end of each session.

College Level Transitional Shooting ???¢?? SUN 7:15pm-8:15pm Co-ed

Gerald Jarmon II will take players through a next level on the move shooting workout. These drills will mirror the dynamic shooting skills seen in the college and pro game today.

Post Training w/Duke McKamey ??????????¢?? SUN 8:15pm-9:15pm Co-ed

Players will get technical instruction on post moves around the basket. This is an intense and focused class run by Coach Duke McKamey.
